  So my wife and I went on Sunday, it was our first time there. She ordered a breakfast with an English muffin, we got our order and when she opened her English muffin it completely burned, as black as my tire burned, so I took it back up there i guess the guy who was there was the manager, anyways he was standing there when I told the young lady behind the counter that I would like my sandwich not burned, so she told the kid who made it, and he had an attitude, said he had it on the toster setting, so he made another one, however that was burned as well, my wife ate it anyways, however she said it was completely bitter! When we were leaving my wife told the manager and we made it clear we didn't want anything but the muffin came out burned twice and we would not be coming back, he did not offer an apology or nothing! He is too busy trying to be friends with all those kids there instead of running a business...I would rather drive to Maricopa to eat at dunkin doughnuts at Harrahs than eat at the place that is 5 mins from my house. Run your business instead of trying to be friends with your employees! Pay attention to your complaints instead of ignoring them!
