- 1 / 5By David Sisk III stopped in one day while walking by with my own cup and asked the bartender for some water and cheapskate tried to charge me a dollar for tap water. I point out the temperature and that in Arizona it's actually illegal to turn someone in need of water away and all he had to say was "Hey I got to make money too." With business ethics like that it's no wonder why the place was empty.February 28, 2017
