  Was very excited to hear about a new Japanese restaurant opening in CG. I have gone there many times since their opening and have not been disappointed at any time. The food is always fresh and excellent. My family and I lived for over 7 years in Japan and the food in Sho-Ga would compete with any of the small family restaurants that we loved while there. I have recommended this to many of our out of town business associates and have heard nothing but positive feedback on their experiences. My favorite is either the lunch or dinner box as it gives you a variety of items to try. The tempura is surprisingly fresh each time and would recommend for those beginners to the Japanese food experience.

  Excellent sushi and great presentation of each dish. I am a sushi lover but am very particular about sushi, so I have to say this place impressed me. They do possibly need a larger restaurant because there is not much seating in this place. I would also recommend they hire one or two more waiters but all in all, very good!
